Sessions are available face‑to‑face in Cheddleton, or online/telephone for clients across the UK.
Psychodynamic Counselling
Psychodynamic therapy helps you explore how your past experiences influence your present thoughts, feelings and behaviours. This approach is particularly helpful if you:

Somatic and Polyvagal-Informed Therapy

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Available Monday–Thursday, including evening appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
